Help! I've forgotten my password!

You can reset your password by visiting theDHMS Access password reset page.

I never got my password. Can you send me my password?

While we test, DHMS Access is in a closed beta. If you have not received a password yet, you will receive one when DHMS Access is out of beta.

I got a notice asking my availability. Now what?

Follow the link in the notice to the event page. Click on the signup button to register your availability to let staffing know that you are able to work. If you are unable to work, no action is necessary.

I'm trying to sign up but it won't let me!

You might be using an older browser. DHMS recommends Google Chrome. It's a free download from Google and offers a faster and more secure browsing experience.

I'm available to work and registered, why haven't I heard back yet?

There could be a plethora of reasons. The most probable and likely one is that we aren't finalizing staffing for that event yet. Please be patient, and we will notify you as soon as we have finalized staffing

Do I need to do anything after registering my availability?

No. Once you click the sign up button, event staffing is notified of your availability.
